  • Senior UX/UI Designer: Milan or Turin, Italy

    Experientia is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to manage visual design projects from our Turin or Milan offices. You will join us with outstanding visual design skills, methodical thinking, fascination with typography or information visualization, and deep understanding of service and interaction design.

    As a Senior UX/UI designer you have a good knowledge of the design process (user research, research-based personas, customer journey maps, etc..) in order to translate visually data in meaningful and appealing interactive visual solutions that can address multiple audiences.     Key responsibilities

  • Senior Service Designers: Milan and Turin, Italy / Basel, Switzerland

    Experientia is looking for outstanding Senior Service Designers to be based in our Basel (Switzerland), or our Turin or Milan (Italy) offices.


    The Senior Service Designer will have experience leading a team of behavioral analysts and service modelers in research and service design projects lasting from one to several months in international environments.


    The ideal candidate will have excellent service design skills, with process oriented and methodical thinking, and experience in designing complex service ecosystems using a human-centered design methodology. Good knowledge of various qualitative research methods is required - including ethnographic observations, contextual interviews, heuristic and formative evaluations, usability testing and knowledge of how to translate these into the design process. They will have experience in analysis of field research results, creating research-based personas, customer journey maps, behavioral models and service models.


    Key responsibilities
    . Scope, plan, lead and work on service design projects and lead the client on a professional level

    As Senior Visual/Graphic Designer you are comfortable working across different media types and formats, no matter if the task at hand is an information graphic, an interactive experience, a brochure or a presentation, you are able to manage all kind of visual work putting to best use your own skills in typography, color, layout, iconography and visual style for outstanding deliverables.


    You have all the necessary skills to carry out a visual project from beginning to end, starting from the identification of the message to convey to the production of visual artifacts that meet the customers’s needs and expectations.


    As a Senior Visual/Graphic designer you have a good knowledge of the design process (user research, research-based personas, customer journey maps, etc..) in order to translate visually data in meaningful and appealing visualizations that can address multiple audiences.   • Junior UX researcher: Basel, Switzerland

    Experientia, an international experience design consultancy, is looking for a Junior UX Researcher to join our Healthcare Unit projects in Basel Switzerland where we recently opened a new studio. The ideal candidate should be trained as user-centred research specialist with an exceptional knowledge of how UX research and design complement each other.


    We are looking for someone that understands the necessity for innovation in today's rapidly evolving world. Candidates will be part of a team specialized in the healthcare industry and will be exposed to a variety of projects characterizing the current innovation challenges that Pharma and/or Medtech industries are facing.


    Required
    . Passion for UX Research, innovation and the user-centered design processes.

    Experientia, an international experience design consultancy, is looking for an excellent service design intern to support our Healthcare Unit located in Basel Switzerland where we recently opened a new studio. We are looking for someone that understands that in all our services, people are our key reference point.
