Service Designer and Researcher

There is no absolute truth, but many infinite perspectives to look at the world.

Giulia is a service designer and researcher. She studied Design at Politecnico di Milano. She then received the Research and Innovation Award scholarship from Cardiff Metropolitan University to take up her Ph.D.

She completed her thesis on the servitization phenomenon within manufacturing firms developing the readiness framework to assess companies’ propensity to undertake the organizational and cultural transformation from product to service offering. She has a qualitative research background which gives her the ability to distil insights and implications for further implementation.

She presented her work at international academic conferences and collaborated with Dr Massimo Garbuio of the University of Sydney for the research “Driving Innovation - The Boardroom Gap, 2019 Innovation Study'' at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). At Experientia Giulia is currently involved in research and design projects on urban regeneration and crowd management.

There is no absolute truth, but many infinite perspectives to look at the world.
