True happiness occurs only when you find the problems you enjoy having and enjoy solving. (Mark Manson)

Having acquired a Master in Product-Service System Design (PSSD) at the Politecnico di Milano and a BA in Business Administration at the University of Hertfordshire, Dimitris is used to taking a multidisciplinary approach by intersecting business, strategic and human-centered design thinking.

In the five years before starting his master, he worked as a brand and packaging designer in Athens and as a production coordinator in his family's firm. He also worked for CBA design in Milan, concentrating on visual strategy design projects and some fieldwork. During the last year of his master, he was part of a 3-year research project of Politecnico di Milano, focused on the public mental health-care sector in the area of Lombardia, which included the establishment of three recovery centered Innovation labs.

At Experientia, he works as a service designer, on projects for the FMCG, finance and healthcare sectors.

He speaks English, Italian and Greek, and has a basic understanding of German.

Dimitris seeks to involve as many perspectives as possible, by listening and exploring new approaches, to tackle challenges.

What's your favourite book?

Zen and the art of the motorcycle Maintenance, a book which I bought because I like motorcycles and accidentally it introduced me to a philosophical examination of life’s questions, given through a road trip. Strangely beautiful!

What's your superpower?

My ability to create intimate feelings. From a simple conversation with a stranger to a business meeting, I like to shape familiarity; it is something which leads to more comfortable situations.

Finish the sentence: "I could talk for hours about..."

Burger definitely burgers. After all, no one likes to talk about salads!
