    Task and flow analysis

Hierarchical task analysis and activity analysis are the main methods to design a balanced workload in an automated system. As a result of the task analysis, activities are assigned to user profiles according to defined models and hierarchies of use.

Use and user requirements enable us to specify functional requirements for products, service or application development. The output of the task analysis triggers scenario development, interaction design and interface prototyping.

Our team of experts has been involved in the design of multiple human-automation systems in a variety of application domains including communication operations in ships and internet platforms for aerospace systems.
