    Scenarios

User scenarios are personalised, fictional stories with characters, events, products and environments that describe the assumed practical context of use for a product or service.

They help to communicate the essence of the product/service idea within a defined and probable context of use. In focusing on the ‘what if’ question, scenario building helps to delineate desired or problematic outcomes.

Scenarios are used to shape the design of concepts, test prototypes and validate the design of the solution.

Experientia uses a set of guidelines to make sure that our scenarios give central place to people and the context of use, and follows a strict scenario building methodology.
