Heuristic evaluations
Our group of experts has conducted a large variety of expert evaluations in many human-computer systems.
A heuristic evaluation is often very useful to back up user surveys and usability testing.
It also gives interesting results when evaluating early and advanced prototypes.
Usually two or three expert evaluators conduct an independent evaluation, which is based on assigned views and evaluation purposes to be accomplished. The final report details the findings of the two independent evaluators in a balanced and unified overview.
