    Professional user experience blog

Putting People First is a non-commercial experience design gateway, developed as a public service to all those interested in the broader field of experience design and user-centred design.

All posts have in common that they reveal some insight on how to create products and services that are driven by a deep understanding of people.

The blog, meanwhile read by over 4500 visitors from around the world, helps set out an agenda for future innovation.

Experientia has also developed E-Democracy, a professional blog that gathers information on creative ways to increase citizen participation in the websites of public authorities, public administrations and local governments, and on background research on these topics.

E-Democracy starts from the premise that the role of public services is to help people or to represent them, based on people’s needs and contexts. It is set up to guide innovation-oriented public website managers with examples of best practices and a discussion of the main issues.

Based on these communication successes, Experientia was recently asked to contribute to Core77, a well-known USA-based online design magazine.
