The experience I've had on their web site hasn't been that positive though - I've spent a few hours already trying to sign up for the free Vista upgrade I got with the laptop - the site never worked and it was horrible to navigate. They should put a little more effort into that - I might not be buying a Vaio next time just because of that... I just got my 3rd Vaio laptop – I love the design and they just work.
