From 2009 in Experientia, Michele has worked to develop business strategies, identifying market areas, services and potential clients, as well as working as project manager for important private firms and public companies. Another of his primary objectives has been to increase the perception in the Italian market of the importance of a user-centred design approach as a key element, and not an accessory, for sustainable growth.
Michele has a degree in DAMS (Discipline delle Arti della Musica e dello Spettacolo, created by Umberto Eco in the 70s) from the University of Studies in Bologna, and has also studied animation in Urbino. He has worked with new media and communications for about 15 years. He worked as a web manager for Enel in Rome, and in 2000 he moved to Milan, where he collaborated with a venture capital company, following the development of projects in a business incubator. As a consultant he has worked for primary companies such as Renault, Max Mara Fashion Group, Coca-Cola, Intesa/San Paolo, Sky, RAI and others. He has taught new media communication at LUISS Management School in Rome.
We live in a world that is often unusable, that creates problems rather than resolving them. Taking care of user experience has become an almost humanitarian mission.
