To change how things are, you must do things differently

Ilaria has a B.Sc in social and organizational psychology and a master’s degree in social and communication psychology from the University of Padova, where she specialized in qualitative approaches to research methodology.

She has written dissertations on inclusive and non-discriminatory solutions for elderly care services, and on how communities and organisations make sense of their experiences and represent the complexity of their daily lives.

Ilaria’s work explores ways to apply social psychology to service design, to improve the efficacy of the design process and to strengthen how interventions are implemented. She uses needs and organization analysis, stakeholder involvement and participatory activities to develop strategies for change, best practices and continuous learning.

She speaks Italian, English and French. In her spare time, she also does drawing and watercolor painting.
