Giovanni Buono has a master’s post graduate degree in technology and multimedia communication from COREP (Polytechnic of Torino, University of Torino, Italy). His early experience varied from editing websites to graphic design, passing along the way through his first usability tests of mobile phone prototypes. He has worked for the LAU (Laboratory of Accessibility and Usability) at CSI Piemonte, where he principally worked on the usability of web products for the public administration, and also worked as a content designer and website developer for disabled users.
At Experientia, Giovanni develops diverse usability projects, including the design of initial protocol, actual testing and final reports. He has conducted usability projects in areas such as websites, mobile phones and digital TV. He has also worked on projects as web project manager and information architect.
Today Giovanni Buono is a user experience specialist, and loves Puglia, reggae music and Inter football club.
My inability to use technological instruments and incomprehension of user interfaces led me towards usability studies, above all to help myself!
